"The staff here is very helpful when you are choosing items and they don’t try to sell you on any particular item. They are all so friendly. "
"Store poorly set up. Small space blocked off at entrance with sign asking you to wait until staff **** you in. Buzzer kept going off because of something under the mat. People exiting passed within 1-2 feet. Rest of store empty, where 1-2 people could have shopped while maintaining safe distances. Person at counter said "the liberal democrat owners from Ca. are said we have to wear masks. " He started with mask over mouth but not nose and soon it was around his neck, covering neither mouth or nose. He seemed to assume that his customer had similar political views. (I do not ). I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I will not be back.

She also answered a few questions I had about the product and I received additional information about the product. She was also able to engage me in a small causal and social conversation at the same time. Paid for my product and I was out the door. "
"The new girl told me I couldn’t walk around and look around and had to have an ****, then I politely told her that I will order my parts and gear online. Owner’s (if it’s the old man) very cool and friendly, overall good experience with staff but maybe it’s just the new girl, but will be looking at alternative for parts and gears."

"This was not as easy to put together as labeled; had to hire a pro! It also rocks a lot while driving as it doesn't fit snugly into the smaller receiver hitch. It DOES haul a tricycle but I don't trust it at highway speeds. It is solid and well made. I would suggest purchasing the one that lifts; although I didn't need it, this has some pretty sharp corners and that would eliminate the problem. "

"Well first off they were doing curb side service I was looking to purchase a helmet for my new bike wasn’t sure what route to go and I told them that online wasn’t serving a purpose for me cause I wanted it to be right. Well they allowed me to come in and find the right helmet for myself and a pair of gloves. The staff was extremely friendly and they catered to the customer needs not the sale. Even though I only wanted to spend $100 on a helmet. I felt I wasn’t being pushed so I spent $200 on a helmet and $40 on some glove. It was the best experience ever..."
